Uttarakhand employees call off stir

Dehradun, Jan 16 (PTI) About 30,000 ministerial employees in Uttarakhand, who were on strike for the past twenty days demanding pay revision, called off their stir today after the state government conceded their demand.

They were on strike since December 27 affecting work in government offices across the state in support of their demand for pay revision as in case of their Uttar Pradesh counterparts.
