7th CPC : New salary from August 2016 ?

As per Report by AIRF on New 7th pay commission salary – On 13.07.2016, Shri.Shiva Gopal Mishra, General Secretary, AIRF (All India Railwaymen Federation) has clarified to the effect that revised 7th Pay Commission recommended Pay will be paid from August salary.
Earlier he announced on 8th July about payment of enhanced salary from July which appears to be totally baseless.
Still no notification has been issued by the Finance Ministry even after 15 days of cabinet approval.
As per information available, only enhanced basic pay and the existing allowance (as being paid now in old rate) will be paid until the enhancement of allowances are reviewed by the Govt. appointed committee.

See government has declare 7th PC. In my opinion two big points made all the difference.
1) Huge disparity among each step along with the minimum and maximum.
2) The lifting restriction during 5th PC must have imposed in 7th PC, ie., increase in subsequent DA should be applicable only to certain Basis Pay and at the most DA can be made applicable only 50% of declared percentage from time to time.
Above two facts should have been given due thought

Whether the Govt. has insufficient funds to cater for pay commission? Why the Gold bonds not announced later?

The government has to see number of projects re. Infrastructure and not to see the salaries and pensions only.Kindly see the impact on state finances after implementation of this pay commission.

I have seen the Govt Notification. The whole notification is for present employees.
The recommendations for Pensioners are not indicated separately.
