Bank Bipartite : IBA fixed date of meeting with UFBU on 24th.


Further to the UFBU meeting held on 7.9.2009 at Chennai, UFBU had taken up with IBA for fixing the date for the Bipartite Talks.It is informed by IBA that the Talks will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 24.9.2009 (Thursday) at IBA Office.

Previously it was fixed the date of 12th September, 2009 for the next round of Talks. However, since the date is not convenient for a few constituent unions, UFBU has asked for a revised date for the Talks within the next week or 10 days.

very good keep it up... our bloody impotent leaders.. central government is showering new and new incentive to their 10 to 5 pm workers dat too only 5 days a week.
And these bloody fool leaders of ufbu are delaying after delaying the overworked poor bankers...
Do u know wat are our working ours???
Do u know how much we are getting after putting up best part of our life in banks.?
A clerk who maintain single window counter without countinously for six hours gets just around 8000 in SBI, which is even less than a peon of central government. dO These bloody bastard leaders know this thing?
They just know how to use our hard earned which they have grabed from us as union fee.. they shower themselves with Honda civics!! like SBI leader who retired last year did!!
Do u know the exact property details these leaders have made after comming into unions??
They have made crores of rupees!! so how can they understand the pain of a common banker..
Friends just throw them out...

LET IBA/ GOVT AGREES FOR A HIKE OF ATLEAST 25% AND ALSO ACCEPTING THE PENSION OPTION AND SURPRISE THE UBFU WHEN THEY GO FOR NEGITIATION. THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAY EXIST TO THE EXTENT OF 30% CAN BE SETTLED NEXT TIME SO THAT THE SCALES WILL BECOME ALMOST THE SAME AFTER 2012 SETLEMENT AND LET THEM ANNOUNCE A NATIONAL WAGE POLICY AS A TERMS OF REFERENCE IN THE VII TH PAY COMMISSION WITHOUT GIVING ANY ROOM FOR ANY QUARTERS FOR COMPLAINING, AT THAT TIME THEY ALSOKNOW THE HUGE DEFICIT LEVEL THAT MAY ACCRUE BECAUSE OF THE MEASUIRES ALREADY ANNOUNCED

Stopy paying monthly fees to the cheater UFBU ( or whatever name) leaders to get the wage settled .
Otherwise , these so called leaders will continue negotiations indefinetly as they are charging hefty amount to union funds in the name of travelling.

It appears that UFBU is doing good groundwork by addressing the matter to the finnce minister highlighting the achivements of the industry and also drawing the attention to the sixth pay commission recommendations and the difference of entry level salary of 6000 that may exist even after the IBA s proposed 17.5% increase. this does not inclde HRA figures which is still low in the banking industry. unions also roped influential members of parliament to support their cause. hence bankmen can expect an improved offer from iba if FM intervenes
let IBA staraight away offer 25% increase and appoint a commission to go into the parity of pay and standardise the future pay on par with central govt counterparts just like pillai committee. JUSTICE SHOULD BE DONE TO THE ONLY CLASS OF 10 LAKHS OF BANK EMPLOYEES / FINANCIAL SECTORLEFT IN THE WAGE REVISION BONANZA IN THE STATE /CENTRAL GOVT/AUTONOMOUS CORPORATIONS/PUBLCISECTOR UNDERTAKINGS. IMMEDIATELY LIC WAGE REVISION TO BE SETTLED AND IT IS ONE OF THE BEST PROFITABLE ORGANISATION IN THE COUNTRY.WISER COUNCIL SHOULD PREVAIL WITH IBA HOPE FOR THE BEST ON 24 TH SEPTEMBER 2009
