THERE IS NO PENALTY ON ANY RESPONSIBLE OFFICER/OFFICIAL IF THE CSE IS KEPT BY THEM IN PENDING ,[THIS IS DONE FOR WANT OF ILLEGAL MONEY] LATER IF THE CASE IS REPORTED TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES THEN THE FILE AS A WHOLE IS SAID TO BE MISSING .THUS THE CASE IS DELAYED FOR A LONG PERIOD EVEN FOR 22 YEARS. THIS IS DONE IN MY CASE BY THE DISTRICT TREASURY BHOPAL MP
IF THERE IS ANY PENALTY IS IMPOSED .SUCH DELAY MAY BE VOIDED.
